Who we are

DVH Innovations Ltd ("we", "us") is a landscaping and groundworks contractor based in Stockport, working across Greater Manchester. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16180213, with a registered office at 11 Greg Street, Stockport, SK5 7LA.

The information we collect

When you send us an enquiry through the quote form on this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are asking about and anything you write in the project details box.

If you call us, email us or message us on Facebook or Instagram, we hold your contact details and the content of that conversation.

We do not collect payment details through this website.

Why we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and carry out any work you ask us to quote for, and to keep our own records of jobs and customers.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, which means responding to an enquiry you have chosen to send us. Where we go on to do work for you, we also rely on performance of a contract, and on legal obligation for records we are required to keep, such as accounting records.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone for marketing.

Who else handles it

Our quote form is delivered by Web3Forms, which processes your submission and sends it to us by email. Our email is hosted by our email provider, and this website is hosted by Lovable and delivered through Cloudflare. Each of these providers processes your information on our behalf and only to provide us with their service. Some of them process data outside the UK, including in the United States, under their own data protection safeguards.

Our quote form uses hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) to check that submissions come from a real person. hCaptcha may process your IP address and device information for this purpose under its own privacy policy (hcaptcha.com/privacy, opens in a new tab).

We may also share information where we are required to by law, or with our accountants and professional advisers where necessary.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months. Where we carry out work, we keep the records for 6 years after the end of the job, so we can deal with any questions, guarantees or legal and tax requirements.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, and we do not profile visitors or track you across other websites.

Our hosting provider records basic visit statistics, such as the pages viewed, the site that referred you and your type of device. To count a visit, it stores a session identifier in your browser that expires after 30 minutes.

Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm) to help tell real visitors apart from automated traffic. It expires after 30 minutes.

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google in order to deliver those fonts.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to ask us to delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email info@dvhinnovations.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
